One of the top concerns organizations bring up when we work with them is data privacy. I would guess many Saas companies are running into sales issues here. This makes sense - in enterprise the value of AI solutions is often correlated with the sensitivity of the data. Operations, finance, and customer data sets fall into this pattern. That is why I love what we do. Our clients have all of the power of an enterprise style chat gpt with the newest models and tooling, but we host the models, data, and applications within their already secure networks.
