Discussing our Vision with UK’s Political Leaders We had the privilege of briefing top UK government officials, MPs and stakeholders, during both The Labour Party Conference in Liverpool and The Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham. We showcased our extensive activities in the UK, covering the full spectrum of the energy transition—from renewables and grids to power projects and battery storage. Additionally, we reiterated our intent and commitment to our London Stock Exchange listing plans. As a European leader in green metallurgy and the energy transition, we received strong interest from institutional stakeholders and were warmly welcomed as we outlined our UK plans. Our commitment to transparency and responsible growth continues to guide us as we build on our financial strength and contribute to sustainable development. METLEN Energy and Metals, represented by Senior Grid Manager Lamquet Olivier, took part in the "Solar Italy 2024" event held in Rome. The objective was to convene industry professionals to facilitate the exchange of ideas and foster new partnerships around the latest trends and technological innovations in solar energy. In the panel discussion, "PV Utility Scale challenges for operators in 2024: authorisations, connections, realisations and agrivoltaics", Lamquet addressed the challenges and showcased METLEN's expertise in Italy. Thanks to the organisation of the event by companies such as WATTKRAFT, Higeco More, COMAL SpA, and AIKO Energy, the discussion focused on the industry's path to 2024. METLEN Energy and Metals were pleased to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the Greek community building in Santiago. As part of the collaboration, METLEN provided a range of furniture, including chairs, a blackboard, screens and desks, for a room that will be used for teaching the Greek language and other cultural activities. The hall was named "Evangelos Mytilineos" in honour of the Chairman and CEO of METLEN Energy and Metals and was officially opened on 25 September. The event was attended by the Greek Ambassador, Mr. Nikolaos Piperigos , as well as 20 members of METLEN Chile, with the ceremony marking the Ambassador's official welcome.

METLEN Energy and Metals is planning to implement new renewable energy projects in Sicily and has signed a cooperation agreement with Ance Sicily to explore the possibility of working with Italian companies that have high levels of expertise in such projects. METLEN recently announced the launch of a significant four-year investment project in Italy, comprising approximately 180 projects. This plan, which will span the entire Italian peninsula as well as islands, has a total installed capacity of 3.6 GW. It will be generated by photovoltaic and wind farms, energy storage systems and green hydrogen. Aris Spiropoulos, Regional Managing Director Italy & Eastern Europe of METLEN, stated that "by signing this cooperation agreement, METLEN reaffirms its position as a leading player in the development and support of the regions where it operates. Its objective is to strengthen local economies, with a particular focus on the economic, environmental and social sustainability of these regions".

Evangelos Mytilineos, Chairman & CEO of METLEN Energy & Metals, appeared on Bloomberg TV’s The Pulse with Francine Lacqua, where he talked about METLEN’s growth trajectory and the company's objective to double its size in the coming years through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. He also shared his views on energy prices and the challenges Europe faces in implementing energy reforms. Additionally, Mr. Mytilineos commented on METLEN's intention to list on the London Stock Exchange, by the second quarter of next year.
