While I concur proxy values for carbon emission estimates have a place in the iterative pursuit of good data (aka it's better than nothing), we can do better! Sky Computing - a new computing paradigm whose key objective is to enable business capabilities in flexible and on-demand manners wherever needed. Cloud deployment models, such as hybrid, private, public, etc. become a second priority within the Sky Computing ecosystem which is an infrastructure mesh enabling the convenience of computing.
