Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their support team, the problem remains unresolved, causing significant disruptions.
Timeline of the Issue:
- Initial Problem: We first encountered the issue with Tally access, showing data as corrupted.
- Backup Concerns: We noticed that the last data backup was not taken as per schedule, particularly after 7th July.
- Support Challenges: Despite multiple communications, responses from the support team have been inconsistent. My number was even blocked, and we received conflicting information.
- Current Situation: We urgently need the backup files for 13th and 14th July, but are facing errors when copying data to the local system. Additionally, the promised resolution timelines have not been met, leaving our operations at a standstill.
We expected better service and reliability from Comhard Technologies Pvt Ltd. This situation is unacceptable and has caused severe operational disruptions. Immediate action is required to restore our data access and ensure business continuity.
