Had a phenomenal night with my NAAIA CVA (National African-American Insurance Association of Central Virginia) family and friends this past Thursday. What more can you ask for than a room packed with such melanin infused excellence! In addition to the phenomenal updates for our National Town hall in Charlotte, our local chapter We had a lot to celebrate as well: 1. Our chapter hosted the South Regional Forum for NAAIA - National African American Insurance Association 2. We launched our chapter website www.naaiacva.org 3. We were successful in adding a NAAIA Virginia chapter seat to the Virginia Contining Education Board, the governing body for insurance licensing requirements and education in the Commonwealth. 4. We are set for strong perpetuation as some of our leadership is set to transition at the conclusion of this year. Let it be known that we are only chartered Nov 2022 after 18 months of work and tons of support from fellow professionals and associations! Definitely special to have Jarrard Powell Jr attending his first NAAIA event as a professional in this industry and much love to everyone who came and caught vibe! Pictured: Pierre L.
