Last week I attended the Culture Amp Culture First Global 2024 virtual conference. I loved it! It was inspiring and thought provoking, provided practical ideas and new perspectives. I left buzzing with energy, and it's taken me days to come down from the high. 📊 Operationalise survey data Build trust through transparent, reliable data protocols. Insights should drive action, not just fill reports. Align decisions with strategic goals, emphasise the importance of people metrics in decision-making processes. 👯 Focus on employee experience Relationships often outweigh content, driving issues and organisational behaviour, understanding relational dynamics can improve culture and well-being ✨ Reassess values Regularly check if organisational values resonate with your team and involve them in the process. Leaders should visibly embody company values to inspire others - live them out loud ⌛ Have patience in (re)building culture Trust and engagement take time - bring everyone along on the journey.
