Leverage is simply the ability to get the most maximized output or outcome from a certain input. So you need to ask yourself For all time and effort you're putting in to inputs for example, lead generation are you REALLY maximizing the output from all the time and energy put into those inputs? Be honest with yourself. Stuff like cold calling and door knocking isn't leveraged. Why ? Because it's 1 input= 1 output ( 1 cold call= 1 person reached or if you're lucky only 1 lead generated) You're not truly maximizing the output from your input. But with content. Real estate is not easy. There are some aspects of real estate that are political like any other business. There's office politics, and other things that you would rather not have to deal with. Within the office, there might be some competition. You can't control who else is in the brokerage and isn't it sometimes personalities clash😱 also sometimes there's favoritism. If your book of business for your real estate career is based on someone else, giving you leads, and for some reason you've rubbed that person the wrong way. you may fall from in favor of the broker or whoever's giving you leads, your may business dry up.
