Materials such as concrete, asphalt, or compacted crushed stone are ideal, while avoiding loose gravel, uneven cobblestones, or highly polished surfaces that could be slippery when wet. The surface should be maintained to prevent cracks or obstacles that could impede mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers. Hotel conversion to multifamily lobby design. Let’s zero in on that plum wall and ceiling… It’s called shaving down cost while creating a high end luxury moment! Remember in my last video sharing tips when I talked about tone on tone moldings, this here clearly shows how impactful that can be. This ceiling and wall are just regular paint in a deep plum tone with the cheapest thinnest little flat pile molding strip, add well priced flush mounts at every joint and voila!! Saving on this section of the design made it doable to bring in the incredible parametric millwork design.
