The response of a system to a threat tells one a lot about both elements. It’s clear from this move that a key strength of the school system is the capacity for people to come together … to self-organise into networks for mutual support, development, etc. It’s also clear that the threat - Ofsted - is felt existentially, and is percieved as being ‘outside’ the system.
