Our hiring plans have changed, and we have decided to put this position on hold. I understand this might not be the news you expected, but we are continuously looking and encourage you to apply for other positions that you feel are a perfect fit. "On a side note, you have interesting competencies, and it is clear that you put a lot of work into your application. I feel you would do even better and stand out more if you highlight key points to make your narrative crystal clear (from the hiring manager’s perspective)."
