Greetings everyone, my name is Michelle Gaskill Haynes and I'm the president for Kaiser Permanente Southern California and Hawaii. I am so excited to introduce Kaiser Permanente as the sponsor for the 2024 NA HSE Case competition. Students, I hope you are sharpening your pencils and tapping into your most creative and innovative problem solving skills this year. Our case represents a real life challenge not only for KP but for many other health plans. An integrated delivery systems in this post pandemic landscape, I encourage you to step on up to the challenge and it is quite possible that you could be presenting your recommendations to our executive team for consideration as a part of our growth strategy.
