Say no to superficial validation! it's mentally draining..
I have noticed of late that every body looks okay until you actually get to have a deep conversation with them, it hits hard that we are a sad generation of people with happy faces and beautiful pictures while hiding our struggles, failures and insecurities.
This has created a false sense of reality.
Are we seeking online validation while hurting deep down? Is it fear of judgement & criticism that force people to present only a filtered version of their lives?
I love the whole garden of my life because a very part of my life has a purpose. My struggles and happy moments make up my story. Those who follow my content can attest to this!
Vulnerability and authenticity is the real deal, Let's try to be as honest with our lives as possible on & offline. The number of likes, comments or followers is not a measure of self worth!
We need genuine & meaningful connections both online and offline.
