𝐍𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐄𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐲 – 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 At Nan Fung, employee wellbeing has always been a top priority, addressed through a comprehensive, holistic approach. Last week, we hosted a ‘SEWell Day’ as part of our ‘Wellness Wednesday’ series to promote wellness on both physical and mental fronts. We kick-started the day with an insightful talk on office occupational health, where a registered physiotherapist gave valuable tips for maintaining proper posture and taught a few easy moves for fatigue relief that we can all do at our workstations. Any #WellnessWednesday would not be complete without a healthy dose of physical activity. Colleagues participated in a range of exercise classes, such as gentle yoga, yin yang yoga, stick mobility yoga, and a spirited night run around Kai Tak with professional PUMA trainers. For colleagues who wanted some me-time, there was also the option to enjoy refreshing, nutritious cold pressed juices and indulge in 15-minute massages provided by the Hong Kong Blind Union—a great opportunity to wind down, relax, and revel in tranquillity. We were also incredibly honored to have Hong Kong actor and DJ, Sammy Leung, share his personal journey of positive change and transformation, highlighting how the transformative power of exercise helped him through difficult times in life. His surprise appearance attracted an attentive audience of over 120 colleagues, who left the session feeling more motivated than ever! The success of SEWell Day is a testament to our unwavering commitment to creating a healthy and supportive work environment where we encourage colleagues fully embrace their wellbeing.
