Grateful to the Empowering Auto team for “Stepping into our Greatness” - this year’s conference theme - as we pave the path forward to include more women and other underrepresented groups to our industry. I was delighted to provide an update about our inaugural Mentorship Program in partnership with Accelerate Auto and make remarks about the importance of mentorship, sponsorship and allyship in one’s professional and personal development. As a mother and as a business colleague, I've been reflecting on the power of facing our fears and the impact it can have not just on ourselves, but also on those around us. Stepping out of our comfort zones can be daunting, yet it often leads to the most rewarding experiences.
