I was on the phone sharing art event success secrets with part of the NIU research team for the City of Woodstock's upcoming projects. [The crouching in the chair part comes from sheer passion of doing what we do.] 2. I love this messy conversation pit each month the same way a mom loves a front door rug full of shoes when her adult children return home. It brings me joy to know these people look forward to the opportunity to do something than they can't do alone [for the sake of others] and show up enthusiastically each month to collaborate as a creative team. 3. Our morning brainstorming and chat-out was brilliant in new ideas and feedback. We are SO much better together and look forward to doing the work to continue to bring top shelf events. 4.
