Had a very good and gainful week at Manila attending 4 conferences and having many hearings and meetings - Seatrade Crew Connect 2023- - ASEAN CLEAN ENERGY 2023 - - Wartsila Simulator Seminar 2023 - - Kongsberg Sim Connect 2023 - Each one of them was excellent and showed the great commitment and strides being taken by the Maritime industry for the greater good of our Society, Seafarers, Environment and Safety. I gained valuable insights on efforts towards Decarbonization, Searfarer Development and Seafarer care & well being and Advancement in Maritime training technologies I feel assured Maritme Industry is aggressively working towards a Better World

Attending the Nautical Institute's Global Dynamic Positioning and Offshore Energy Conference at Bali, Indonesia today. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to participate and win first place in the La Lumière de LVMH Gen-Z Business Idea Competition last month. This long-overdue post shows my appreciation for this invaluable experience. Collaborating with fellow students and learning from LVMH mentor Pierre COURET, the General Manager of CHAUMET Japan, was genuinely enlightening. I am also thankful to the jury members, Noriko OCHIAI, the Senior Vice President of HR of LVMH Japan, and Shin Kitsuda, President of Tiffany & Co.. Japan, and Alexandre Miroux, COO of Christian Dior Couture Japan, for their time and insightful feedback. A picture is worth a thousand words. All 111 wind turbines of the 900 MW Greater Changhua 1 and 2a offshore wind farms reached first power and connected to the national grid of Taiwan today! What a journey we have made and landmark achievement in terms of the unparalleled installed capacity we delivered for Taiwan.
