The DEI cool factor is wearing thin. We, the shareholders, invest in companies that make great products, not companies wasting profits on social causes. Simply hire based on skill, merit, performance, and ability. Period. DEI is a scam built on racism. Hiring over-compensated DEI managers and creating departments devoted to this crap has been a misguided strategy all along.
