It's week 2 of our extended birthday party, and I have genuinely loved going down memory lane with members and colleagues past and present. 🎂 As we get bogged down in the day-to-day, it's easy to forget to take a step back and just look how far we've come and what was built together. So James grabbed his virtual pen, and decided to take us on a journey > https://lnkd.in/etb-wY2x #BoundlessTogether

Great conversation today! Be sure to join next weeks conversation so that you can gain access to the growing documentation of best practices, questions and feedback on AI tools in their growth in the #Automotive industry. Here’s a quick recap of some of the topics covered: Vendors, take the advice you can give to your dealer clients when it comes to tailoring your pitch. Dealers, remember to just do one thing. We know your head is spinning from everything you learned at DigitalDealer, but keep the momentum by implementing one small thing now. Dealers and vendors, a mutually beneficial partnership starts by providing clean data and truthful information as an exchange to build a foundation on which the relationship will grow. Before you bring on an AI tool to assist, make sure that you have your house in order. Ensure your processes are not only dialed in, but in writing. By tightening up your process, you will save some time in the store, and you will set your dealership and the AI up for success by allowing it to learn how your dealership functions and grow from that knowledge.

Getting to project manage this campaign and these photoshoots was SO much fun. Straddling the line between the creative and administrative is where I thrive. In getting my theatre degree I did a lot of stage management, which I am forever grateful for because the skills I learned in this particular part of the theatre serve me every single day. When I graduated with my degree and decided to pursue other career fields, I worried that I had spent four years getting a degree that wouldn't matter, but I have found it to be exactly the opposite. I use my degree every day because theatre taught me how to work with people, how to proactively communicate, how to be a team player, how to be detail-oriented while also keeping the big picture goal in mind, how to delegate, how to stay on schedule, how to herd cats, the importance of meetings (yep you read that right), and how a relentlessly positive approach not only makes work more fun for me but also makes it more fun for everyone around me. My degree fundamentally informs the way I go about work (and life), and I know without a doubt that it gives me an advantage in the workplace. #theatredegree #liberalarts #projectmanagement
We've been working on some fun stuff with Karen Pride ✨ Stay tuned for more. 👀

Time flies when you’re passionate about what you do! It’s hard to believe it’s been 8 years since I embarked on this incredible journey with Cue. 🚀 Some additions to slide 4: In the ever-evolving landscape of operations, the true trailblazers aren’t merely followers of established wisdom. They’re the ones who dig deeper, question assumptions, and fearlessly challenge the status quo. 🌟 For example, Michael E. Porter, His recent work sometimes challenges his own initial theories. Innovation thrives on questioning the familiar. 🤔 Shuji Nakamura, With 500+ publications and 300 patents, he exemplifies the spirit of continuous exploration. 📈💡 Jeff Bezos, Back in 1994, he dared to sell books online when the world was skeptical. Now, look at Amazon! 📚🌐 The key is to embrace Continuous Learning, stay curious! Invest time in understanding systems, processes, and trends. Be up-to-date, but don’t stop there—apply that knowledge to real-world scenarios. Recognize that change is inevitable. Be willing to unlearn and relearn when better information emerges, and like a scientist in the lab, always test your hypotheses. What works? What needs adjustment? If you’re still citing papers from 5 years ago, you’re just chasing a grade. Seek knowledge and site recent studies!
Today we'd like to introduce you to Shingai Sharlton Gunha, our Head of Technical Operations. Shings has been with the crew for over 8 years and was our very first hire. We mean it when we say we would not be where we are today without this guy. Learn how he earned his nickname as 'rider of the night', the ins and out of technical operations at Cue, how being a father has impacted his work (for the good), and more 👇 https://lnkd.in/dJMhJGUS
