In last night's NASCAR race, Martin Truex Jr. (MTJ) was hit with a speeding penalty on pit road, sending him to the back of the field. As a playoff contender, this nearly guaranteed he'd be knocked out. MTJ apologized to the Team over the radio. Rather than dwell on the mistake or place blame, the crew chief encouraged the Team to push hard and work through it.
