30-Minutes daily, this is how I do it My Fitness Routine Staying active is key: Mornings I start with Wim Hof Breathwork and meditation, mostly to get clear, my brain goes to warp speed when I wake up in the morning Next: the gym, running, swimming, biking, or playing a sport, I make sure to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily. Flexibility & Recovery: I focus on stretching and include sessions in the sauna if I am at the gym with one. Hopefully I can get some stretching in, but sometimes do it later in the day.
