We realized what he is doing is big, and we have many of the skills he needs. Will the work be easy? Hell naw. Will it change lives at scale? Hell yes! Whether you're a product head or even the CEO of the company, when the mission calls for it, we all become super-packers, ready for action! Recently, we were in one such situation. Faced with not one, not two, but three massive, urgent orders. Our team at Kitsters assembled 900+ kits in a single day! This wouldn't have been possible without the dedication and effort of every team member. I couldn't be more proud of my team. Every one of them displayed exceptional teamwork and commitment to delivering the best results. Together there's no challenge too great, no order too overwhelming. But what makes these moments even more special is the joy we find in the process. The thrill of packing boxes and applying stickers with lightning speed is not just a task but a skill I'm genuinely proud of. I can't help but think that I wouldn't mind being a super packer for the rest of my life if it means taking on exciting, challenging orders every day. There's a unique sense of satisfaction in contributing to a collective goal. These moments remind you that titles and positions are secondary to the power of teamwork, dedication and a shared commitment to success. It's about the shared victories along the way. In my life and in my career I have been blessed with amazing family, friends, mentors, colleagues and partners. When I first joined Hostinger, I was unsure about what I really wanted to be. There were a lot of career opportunities and jobs that I had explored previously, and I thought this would just be another stepping stone towards something bigger 🤔 Who knew it would turn out that I've been working here for 5 years? 🎉 Yes, you read it correctly. It's been a meaningful 5-year ride at Hostinger International, and I couldn't be more grateful; I get to explore different roles and functions that help me nurture my passion along the way. Is this what job fulfillment feels like? I believe so 🤗 Surrounded by amazing colleagues throughout my journey, I've managed to learn a lot of things ranging from professional skills to personal traits from many people who have shaped who I am today. Every day, I learn something new, making my day-to-day work always feel like the first day 😄 Don't get me wrong, it's not always "up, up, up." There were also moments of "down, down, down." However, I'm glad that the culture we embody here trains us to be resilient, responsible, supportive, and empathetic 🙌 Innovating and making mistakes are our gateways to learning something new. We are having fun by reflecting on our achievements and areas of improvement 📈 ⏳ It's true that "time flies when you're having fun!" ⏳ I'm having fun by learning new things from other people, opening books that always remind me of my first-day experience, and growing by the "Learn and be Curious" principle 📚 🎓 However, we also cannot deny the fact that it's not the company that pushes us to be better, but it's our own selves who decide. The company is there to accommodate, but we decide our own paths, behaviors, work & life principles that will lead us to our goals.
