“Diversity is when everyone is invited to the party, inclusion is when everyone has a song on the playlist.”   Last week, in support of US Black History Month, DeLibra Wesley hosted a session for all our global team members about navigating difficult conversations with regard to inclusion.   DeLibra has great pedigree when talking about this, having nearly 20 years of staffing experience behind her and also being part of Staffing Industry Analysts’s Global Power 150.   The session was really well attended with employees from all over the world dialling in to find out all about learning your own unconscious biases and giving yourself time to think differently.   As humans, we make 35,000 conscious decisions a day, so it’s understandable that your brain has unconscious blips to help you out.   The biggest lesson we’ll take away from DeLibra’s webinar is that it’s ok to get a little uncomfortable.   Credit to our Employee Resource Group, ethNASHity, for making this session possible.   #HarveyNash #BlackHistoryMonth #BHM #Diversity #Inclusion #Talent #People #DEI

🌟 Prioritizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Swell Partners 🌈 At Swell Partners, one of our core values is Valuing Diversity. This year marks an 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 for us as we prioritize our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. Our aim is to solidify a culture that's inherently inclusive for all.
