I can finally share something I’ve been working on, very close to my heart: my new project “Daily Reminders”. Daily Reminders is a collection of motivational artwork designed to uplift and inspire those who might need a little boost. 💪🏻 The idea came from my own experience: during my own therapy journey, I used to create small illustrations with positive reminders that I used to fight my negative inner voices, and now I’m creating them for others too. Each piece is crafted to speak to the unheard needs of love, empathy, and understanding we all have. If you’re struggling with self-doubt or simply in need of a gentle nudge, these reminders are designed to encourage your growth and support your mental and emotional well-being. Here’s my whys and goals with this project: 1️⃣ Help Other’s Personal Growth Daily Reminders stem from my own journey with therapy, I aim to make other’s people journey feel less alone and more supported. 2️⃣ Sustainable Art I strive to produce in the most sustainable way, combining my passion for creativity with my environmental values. 3️⃣ Encouraging Dialogue I want these pieces to spark conversations and break the stigma behind therapy and mental health, topics I believe we don’t discuss enough. This project is very personal, and I hope it resonates with anyone who feels like they need a reminder of their own worth. If it does, you can follow my dedicated Instagram: https://lnkd.in/e8VaWNZH I hope to see you there! #DailyReminders #ArtWithPurpose #MentalHealthMatters #SustainableArt #EmpathyInArt #DesignForGood

Emotional processing happens automatically without you realizing it, but your thoughts can influence it. It involves four stages: sensation, perception, comprehension, and action. For example, imagine you hear a loud noise (sensation). You recognize it as a car horn (perception). You understand that it means a car is nearby and possibly in danger (comprehension). Finally, you quickly step back onto the sidewalk (action). This process happens almost instantly and without you being fully aware of each stage. Understanding emotional processing is beneficial because it helps you recognize how emotions influence your thoughts and behaviors. By being aware of the stages of emotional processing—sensation, perception, comprehension, and action—you can better manage your reactions and make more informed decisions. This awareness can improve your emotional regulation, enhance your relationships, and help you respond more effectively to stressful situations. For instance, knowing how you process emotions can help you identify when you're reacting out of fear or stress, allowing you to take a step back and choose a more appropriate response. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Liberation-Based Therapy: Empowering Emotional Wellness Through Culturally Affirming, Strength-Based Healing in NY & NJ" 🌟Book a session using the Link in our Bio #Emotions #EmotionalIntelligence #EmotionalProcessing #EmotionalAwareness #SelfAwareness #EmotionalGrowth #MentalHealth #Therapy #Psychotherapy #mentalhealthawareness #liberationbasedtherapy Image Description: Photo of a man undergoing lots of emotions.

Catalyzing change and healing in the anti-trafficking space through Humansave | Leading individuals and companies through a journey of connectedness and fulfillment.
Next Saturday! Join my free Ending Generational Cycles Workshop—spaces are limited and it will probably be the *only* free workshop I offer this year. Reserve your spot at bit.ly/endingcycles I’m so excited for this particular workshop because it’s something that I’ve been deeply passionate about since I first became a mom a little over 10 years ago. My own mom, a licensed Psychotherapist and the Clinical Director of the mental health nonprofit I founded, made it her life’s mission to end as many harmful generational cycles as possible, and to create new, healthier cycles for me and everyone who comes after. With 5 living generations of women before my mom’s passing two years ago, we had the unique privilege of being able to observe what happens when we heal—and when we don’t—in a way that most people don’t get to. This workshop is designed to help you learn how the cycles and patterns we subconsciously inherit color every aspect of our lives, so that you can begin identifying, interrupting, and changing the cycles that no longer serve you. Start showing up as the best version of yourself—for *you* and those you love most. ⚡️Freebie Alert⚡️ Until Tuesday, comment “cycle breaker” + follow @alegacyofwellness on Instagram (my new page dedicated to this work) and I’ll send you an e-book of 30+ journal prompts that will help you start building a deeper relationship with yourself. . . . #cyclebreakers #livingmybestlife #mindfulliving #healingjourney #generationalhealing #generationaltraumahealing #legacyofwellness #mindfulparenting #mindfulmom #consciousparenting #joyfulparenting #intentionalliving #mindfulness

Business Development - Brand & Event Marketing Specialist // Holistic Coach: Empowering Individuals for Transformational Change
A Look Back: Supporting the Global Community During Mental Health Awareness Month May was an incredibly fulfilling and impactful month as we celebrated Global Mental Health Awareness Month. As a holistic wellness coach, my mission is to support and uplift communities around the world by promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Here are some of the key initiatives and activities I was privileged to lead and participate in: 1. Virtual Wellness Workshops: I hosted an online workshops focusing on stress management, mindfulness, and holistic wellness practices. Providing participants with practical tools and techniques to improve their mental health and overall well-being. 2. One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Throughout May, I dedicated additional time to provide personalized coaching sessions. These sessions were tailored to address individual challenges and goals, helping clients develop customized wellness plans to enhance their mental and emotional health. 3. Employee Wellness Programs: I collaborated with several organizations to design and implement employee wellness programs. These programs focused on promoting mental health in the workplace, reducing stress, and enhancing overall productivity and job satisfaction. Reflecting on these initiatives, I am reminded of the incredible resilience and strength within our global community. It is a privilege to be part of a movement that prioritizes mental health and holistic well-being. Together, we can continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a world where everyone feels supported and empowered. Thank you to everyone who participated, collaborated, and supported these efforts. Let’s keep the momentum going beyond Mental Health Awareness Month and continue to advocate for holistic wellness every day. #MentalHealthAwareness #HolisticWellness #GlobalCommunity #MentalHealthMatters #WellnessCoach #Mindfulness #SelfCare #Resilience #CommunitySupport
On the 11th of May in the Better Women Better World (BW2CLUB), we had the first mental health workshop, which covered the stress, the triggers, and the burnout we are facing as women of all ages. Most importantly this workshop was focused on young women who are battling all this on their own, secretly, unshared, most of the time being ashamed. The most difficult battles take place in our thoughts, and result in us telling ourselves “You are not good enough", “You can’t do this”, or “You can’t fix this”. Our incredible key speaker Cristina Lopez McLauchlan, founder of The Vibe Tribe (with whom you can connect on the BW2Club platform, and whom I found very inspiring), focused us on three things: 1. Listen to Your Inner Dialogue: Take note of the narratives you tell yourself. Often, these inner dialogues aren't entirely accurate. To illustrate, consider breaking your life into 3 to 5-year blocks and assessing your evolution and process. Embrace the notion that growth is natural takes time and doesn't warrant self-deprecation. 2. Observe Your Breathing Patterns: Dedicate 5 minutes each day to introspection. Rather than trying to silence the mind (an impossible feat) quieten your mind by paying attention to your thoughts. Practice a even breath pattern of inhale and exhale. Notice how anger and stress manifest as shallow breaths, while relaxation and contentment lead to deep, calming breaths. 3. Keep a Thought Journal: Cristina's experience of journaling since childhood highlights its value in self-discovery. Start by writing down your unfiltered thoughts and emotions. Understand that what you felt and believed in the past may not align with reality of your present moment. Then, reconnect with your inner child, acknowledging the feelings and offer comfort and support as the now adult. Let her know you're there for her, embracing her with love and reassurance. P.S. If I interested you, make a list of the 5 people you spend most of your time with. Come to the next workshop and you will see why, we will tell you with Ksenija Nikolova when it will be, I promise you, it’s worth it We have each other there, no need to battle everything on your own Yours, Renata
