My son talks both of my ears off, but, people often wonder if he ever talks!

I know for sure this is correct. My late hubby was an introvert. He spent his time in his quiet chemical lab. At the annual Opera Ball, you'd think he was running for office. lol. Come Monday morning, he was serious again, ready to take on the tasks at hand. It worked out well, as he always had time for his family. ay

So true. A quite person on a team needs extra attention. They are harboring some thoughts that they think are not important or not heard. In reality, they are usually the more insightful and worthy points of discussion. Be the right audience for that person.

I’ve always liked and followed the saying: “it’s better to be silent and thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt “

Well said! I couldn't agree more !!!

Quiet folks often open up and become chatterboxes around those who make them feel comfortable and understood. Finding the right vibe and connection to let their words flow freely. It's like unlocking a treasure trove of thoughts and stories.

Conversations are more about listing than they are about talking. The more one listens the more one knows. We cannot learn unless we allow others to talk. It doesn't matter who you are, even if you are the smartest person in the world or you are the leader or the boss! Yes, there is a time a leader or boss has the floor, but it is only when it matters. This leader or boss still only knows what they know. They use or hire smart people for a reason! RIGHT? There are general rules in conversations 1) Love needs to be in the forefront! 2) Listen more than you talk! 3) If you are talking more than you are listing it is no longer a conversation, it is a presentation! 4) Conversations need a. Wisdom: is the interpretation of knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense, and insight b. Knowledge: is the fact or condition of knowing something with familiarity c. Discernment: is the ability to make a smart judgment about something 5) Perception: is about YOUR understanding from YOUR view point! There are minimum 4 perceptions in a conversation 1) Yours, 2) The ones you are talking to, 3) those who can here AND 4) those who hear it later. Apply this in your work & personal life you will learn more than you know!. 🤔

👉 Remember, being quiet doesn't mean you're lacking words; it just means you haven't found your right audience yet. Embrace your unique voice and know that when you connect with the right people, your true self will shine brilliantly. Your thoughts and insights are valuable and waiting for the perfect moment to be shared. Trust in your journey, and when you find your tribe, you'll discover just how naturally and powerfully your voice flows. Keep believing in your inner spark – it's there, ready to light up the world. 🌍❤️ 💪 Check out this Amazon Best Seller ▶️ 🥇Elevate Your Leadership: A 30-Day Challenge 🏆➡️ https://lnkd.in/eCV8dw79
