It's one thing to read about our mission—"To be the best place for anyone to work in any industry so we can build engaging communities where residents thrive"—but experiencing it firsthand brings it to life!
📚 As a lifelong learner and #nerd, engaging with our company leaders was like living inside the most dynamic business case study. Having read countless business books and case studies during my MBA, nothing compares to seeing our company's real-time scaling efforts firsthand. It's one thing to read about success and learning opportunities but another to live them. Huge shout out to Jennifer Cassidy, Cara Athmann, and our stellar keynote speaker, Kristen Hadeed for showing that success isn't in fast-forwarding to see the results but trusting our research and teammates and boldly moving forward together.
