Welcome back to another episode of Stepping Up with Nat. Today I'm here with Nunzio. Nunzio, tell us a little bit about yourself. Hey Nat, my name is Nunzio. Been working at Sanford finance for coming up three years now and most recently I've fallen in love with a new sport, boxing, and luckily have all my teeth so far. So good start. Yeah, well that's a plus. And Are you ready to step up with me? I am M Alright, so Nunzio, tell us a little bit, how about how you engage with your clients? Yeah, so every client's a little bit different. But my process is always to be proactive, being on the front foot, always calling the client, making sure they understand the process and every step just to put them at ease. It is and can be sometimes a complex process, but we're on the journey with them, so like to keep them nice and educated. That's very important. And if you are stuck at a conference, what would be your non-negotiable item that you'd have to take? Well, beside my flask. So I'm kidding. It have to be a good attitude and a willingness to learn and absorb the information at the conference. And if I was stuck there, definitely have to make reservations for dinner afterwards. Great. That's a great tip and thank you so much for stepping up with me today.

A friendly reminder for boxing day season... If you buy something you didn't want in the first place just because it was on sale, you didn't actually save any money. You spent less money on something you wouldn't have originally bought which is still just spending more money. I'm thinking very differently about my own finances for 2024.
