If you know a customer isn't happy, this is the best question to ask them... What can we do to make you happy? You'd be amazed at how many of our salon customers are blown away when we ask them this in a situation where they seem to be unhappy with their hair. And when they tell us what we can do to make them happy, we do it, of course. This simple process may be intimidating at first. But once you get into the routine of it anytime you have a customer that seems unhappy, it will get easier and easier to do. #businessownership

3moSome cutters have the holier than God's ego and have not learned to humble themselves, my approach is to ask my customers how they want to look, get explicit instructions, ask them if they have photos, be realistic, can I achieve what they want with what they have? When I fully understand what they want and I do it, the shop numbers continue to grow! Simple communication skills equals big growth and return bookings!!!
