While still out of this, create a plan to lower the level of emotion or release it. Use one of the techniques to release emotions from the description of our last video.  Consider a Silent Counselling session for emotional release if you have strong accumulated emotions.  The goal isn't to eliminate them but to learn how to manage and express them healthily.
