Ops leaders and consultants.. How do you go about getting conversations with potential buyers of your services? The traditional sales approach eats my soul and gives me the heebie-jeebies.. Referrals have always been my best friend even when I was looking for jobs. Now that I’m running a business I have to be a sales person and I’m struggling. HARD.
