Thanks for sharing this great piece, Nathan H Moyer. 2024 is definitely looking like it will be a transition year as things slowly thaw, valuation expectations slowly move back to reality (for both companies and investors) and IPO/M&A markets open back up. The outlook is positive, but incremental liquidity is still going to be hard to come by for a lot of companies, even good ones. Any reduction in rates later in the year will only help.
