Day 269 of 365 - Know When To Push As a construction manager you're going to come into contact with all kinds of people 🔹️Those that love to work & those that don't 🔹️Those that take pride in their work & those that don't 🔹️Those who pride themselves on quality.... you get the point As a manager know when to pick your battles because there will be a lot of them You need to view the issue at hand through the lens of the project and know when is the time to push back But I'll be the first to tell you that not everything needs to be a fight. It's real wisdom to know which battles to fight.
But he can taste it. You know bad weather is on the way when the man can taste it!
Knowing when to pick your battles is great advice that I try to pass along to those younger every chance I get!
