Nathan O'Brien | Engineering Leader in Electric Vehicle Design and Innovation | Championing Growth and Creativity in Engineering

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for me as I conclude my journey with CNH Industrial. This experience has been one of profound learning and personal growth, filled with both challenges and triumphs. My proudest achievement was leading a diverse team of automotive engineers on the innovative project of modeling the performance and functionality of an electric tractor. This journey was significantly enhanced by the kindness of experienced CNH colleagues who were open to sharing their deep knowledge with us. While we faced challenges and resistance from some, the collaborative spirit within our team and the valuable contributions from these supportive colleagues fostered a rich learning environment. It highlighted the importance of merging fresh ideas with established wisdom, leading to new and innovative ideas and methods of working. While our vision wasn't fully realized within the short time we had at CNH, it has broadened my perspective and I hope it has similarly benefited others at CNH. As I move forward, I am looking for opportunities where I can continue to grow, contribute, and innovate, particularly in environments that value forward-thinking and the integration of technology into sustainable solutions. I am excited about the prospects of applying my skills in new contexts and am open to connections, advice, or opportunities from my network. Thank you to everyone at CNH for the journey, and here's to the next adventure, where I hope to further my exploration into the future of engineering and technology. #Engineering #Innovation #SustainableSolutions #CareerTransition #ElectricVehicles #Teamwork #ProfessionalGrowth #NewBeginnings

It was great working with you Nate. I miss you as my manager. I have never come across a manager like you who understands his team members strengths and weakness very deeply. On top of that you provide guidance and resources to convert their weakness into strength. Hopefully we can cross our paths again sometime in future. Wish you all the best for future endeavors Nathan O'Brien 🎉
