Great insight. Thank you for sharing 💪🏽
A knowledgeable observer would find little evidence to support a conclusion that housing prices for new construction can be expected to go down when in reality have no way to go but up! If new construction prices stay the same or go up it is reasonable to assume that home sellers in the resale market will also relate to that. Analysts can find the pricing details on every floor plan being offered in metro Phoenix or Tucson by month for the last 24 months in the Product Data Set in our Magic Professional housing data application.
