With the 2024 edition of the Financial Reporting Council's Corporate Governance Code now published, Delphine Currie, James Wilkinson, David Ashmore, Edmund Tyler and Alison Heaton have written this new client alert, highlighting all the key points you need to know about. FRC's new rules on the requirement for company directors of firms listed on the LSE to annually attest to the effectiveness of their internal controls will be a game changer for the FS industry.
