Holistic Well-being Coach & Mentor, Specialising in Dynamic Eating Psychology - Helping Female Leaders to overcome stress-eating, and other challenges with eating & stick with healthy habits for their well-being
Eating well, regularly, fresh, proper, REAL food, in adequate quantity is a form of self-respect. Many people overeat simply because the body is deprived of nutrients. If we eat junk food on a regular basis, we’re short-cutting the body’s needs. If we constantly skip meals or follow a low-calorie diet, we’re short-cutting the body’s needs. If we don’t eat enough healthy fats – essential fatty acids – we’re once again short-cutting the body’s nutritional needs. And this can powerfully drive us to overeat not because we are willpower weaklings, but because the body is screaming for necessary nutrition. In Dynamic Eating Psychology we look into this phenomenon to understand why are we doing this to us? Why are we allowing this to happen to us? What is this signal about? There can be many reason to it, sometimes deeper then you think, sometimes simpler then you think. I can help you with this! #mealskipping #overeating #nutrientdeficiency #freshfood #selfcarematters #eatingpsychologycoach #mindbody #selfawarenessiskey

While breakfast has often been called the most important meal of the day, this idea is more about personal preference and habits. For some, starting the day with a balanced breakfast can provide energy and stabilize blood sugar levels, helping them make better food choices throughout the day. However, what's more important is the overall quality of your meals and maintaining consistency in your eating habits. Whether or not you eat breakfast, focusing on balanced nutrition is key. Balanced meals, especially those rich in protein, fiber, and healthy fats, play a vital role in weight loss by keeping you fuller for longer and stabilizing blood sugar levels. This helps to prevent overeating and reduces cravings. A well-rounded diet also supports metabolic function and muscle maintenance, which are crucial for fat loss. So, while breakfast might not be "essential" for everyone, consistently eating balanced meals certainly helps in achieving sustainable weight loss.
