In the classification of waterproofing materials in the world, due to the fact that the implementation of this product is the same as the implementation of paint coatings, this product is referred to as a polymer cement-based waterproof paint (Polymer Cement-Based Waterproof Paint). 🔧 Addressing Surface Finish Challenges in Anodized Aluminum Components 🔧 We recently encountered an issue during our production process: after anodizing, certain imperfections became visible on the aluminum surface that were not apparent after the tumbling process. This unexpected outcome has impacted the overall finish of our products. To ensure the highest quality and appearance, we've decided to implement sandblasting as a preliminary surface preparation step instead of tumbling. Sandblasting will provide a more consistent surface finish, helping to mitigate the visibility of defects post-anodization.
