Wrapping up my prep for #TTNA - moderating is hard work! It takes hours of time to research the topic and panelists, gather information, put together slides. It often involves meeting with the panels in advance to make sure I'm highlighting the right things, allowing each person and company to shine, and crafting my questions to stimulate a discussion rather than simply a basic Q&A.
