🔎 Stay Vigilant! 🚀🌕 Recently, some of us in the industry have received emails from the so-called "Lunar Resources Congress 2024," inviting us to be speakers. However, there are several red flags: The website looks suspicious. Despite listing previous year's attendees, there is no evidence of any past conferences. No affiliate institutions, no peer review of submissions. List of speakers copied from another conference. It's crucial to be cautious and double-check these invitations before engaging. Prudence is key in our field. The silver lining? Our industry has grown enough to attract (alleged) predatory conferences.
