Celebrating outstanding and reliable service! In Toledo, OH, our leadership team hosted their location's 8th Annual Outstanding Attendance Luncheon for drivers who had no more than two call-offs, less than five tardies, and zero no call, no show incidents during this past school year. Each driver enjoyed a gourmet meal and participated in an event raffle to win a prize. #Excellence

Financial Wellness Coach & Property Investor | Financial freedom insights | I enlighten you to reshape your habits to unlock wealth and wellbeing
Never skip the celebration. You’ve been told to keep pushing, right? But what if that advice is secretly sabotaging your success? Celebrating small wins isn’t just about feeling good—it’s essential for keeping your momentum. Our brains are wired for rewards—dopamine spikes every time you acknowledge an achievement. Miss those moments, and you’re starving your motivation. That’s why I took time to celebrate my citizenship with a fine dining experience—50% off, of course. It felt great, and now I’m more motivated than ever for the next chapter. So, are you celebrating your wins? Because without that boost, the finish line might just slip further away. #financialwellness #financialwellbeing

I use to have a “Little Wins” dinner every Thursday with two of my friends. We’d go around the table celebrating our wins for the week — no matter how big or small. Because research shows that recognizing our achievements, even little ones, can boost: ✅ Mood ✅ Motivation ✅ Productivity ✅ Performance Sadly, these dinners stopped when we moved to different cities. But I still find ways to praise my progress. Here’s one way: 1.) Create a table with a column for: ☑ Date ☑ Achievement ☑ Opportunity (made available by the achievement) ☑ Metric(s) 2.) At the end of each week, write down 3 (or more) achievements 3.) Celebrate yourself! This method has helped me: ✅ Land corporate promotions ✅ Gain courage when experiencing self-doubt ✅ Recognize progress on my entrepreneurial journey ——— Our brains are designed to look for problems. That’s why we dwell on failures more than achievements. But don’t be so quick to discount your progress. Comment with a win you’re celebrating this week. So I can cheer you on. 👏🏼 *Here we are celebrating our wins at a winery on CA's Central Coast in 2017.

What’s worth celebrating? Any and all progress. Seriously - it all counts. These days, we’ve been conditioned to only celebrate “big wins:” - Losing a certain amount of weight - Making a certain amount of money - Building a successful business There’s nothing wrong with celebrating big wins. After all, we’ve earned them, and we deserve to celebrate. But we ALSO deserve to celebrate all the tiny wins along that way that got us there: - The workout you completed even though you weren’t “feeling it” - The successful project meeting that you facilitated that moved things forward - The extra time you invested in your personal passions, even when it was hard to find Any progress you make in any area of your life that’s important to you deserves to be celebrated. By doing so, you create a positive feedback loop that keeps you focused on taking one small step at a time. What’s something you want to celebrate today? Feel free to share so we can all celebrate with you. Have a great day today. Love you lots. <3 Ian

It’s game time! Are you winning or losing the restaurant game? Like my San Francisco 49ers who came back from a huge deficit against the Detroit Lions, it isn’t over til it’s over. If you are winning, great! Keep your eye on the prize. If you are losing, it’s ok. Figure out a way to win. Check out this week’s edition of my Shift Happens Column on FSR magazine to see how to turn those losses into wins. Then book a FREE call by clicking the link above to discuss working with me to create wins. #restaurateur #restaurantcoach #restaurantsuccess #winning
Some of my greatest successes in my career have been turning around a horrible experience that we created, writes Monte Silva in this week's column.

Celebrate Your Wins - Tacos Optional! Celebrating our wins isn't just about patting ourselves on the back for the hard work and dedication we put into what we do - although that's definitely part of it! Recognizing and appreciating our achievements does something else super important: it allows us to reflect on our progress, contributes to maintaining a positive mindset, and is motivational! So whether it's successfully completing a challenging audit, implementing a new process that streamlines your work, or simply going above and beyond to support your colleagues, recognize each accomplishment, big or small. Why not make it even more fun? How about we add some tacos to the mix? 🌮 My bestie and I went out for Taco Tuesday to celebrate recently, and it was divine! So go ahead, share your wins, big or small, in the comments below. Let's support each other and revel in our achievements together. (And if you're in the mood for tacos, let us know your favorite spot!) 🥳 Keep up the great work! #CommunicatingForResults #ImpactInfluenceInspire #MondayMotivation

Humans are wired to achieve, and celebrating our successes along the way is key to staying motivated. It's important to recognize MILE MARKER WINS, not just the big finales. Showing appreciation for hard work is a non-negotiable love language that we all share. I was reminded of this recently when I had the pleasure of honoring some culinary heroes at San Antonio's Zoo La La. Witnessing people's hard work pay off reinforced the idea that we all strive for success, day in and day out. Remember that a sales conversation, a meeting, an epiphany, or helping a colleague are all MILE MARKER WINS. Yes, the big wins like graduations, trophies, upgrades, awards, new logos, and funding are important too, but celebrating the smaller milestones along the way can help us get there quicker and with more enthusiasm. So let's take a moment to appreciate and celebrate all the MILE MARKER WINS we achieve each day! #sales #marketing #celebratethewins #shechef #relatablecontent
