This is what it'll cost to get from where I stay in Nigeria to the High Court premises (which is around 5,200 naira) on a ride booking app. Most people won't be willing to pay that price because using mass transit (public transport) it costs around 1,900 naira (going and coming). It's not as convenient as getting picked up from your home but it saves cost.
Now with the Route System, you can have drivers pick up multiple passengers following different routes from their homes and drop them off at their given locations. The added convenience would increase the bill to around 2,500 naira. Something that isn't too far fetched for a working-class client. Profitable? Yes, because this model takes from public transportation and make it more comfortable for its users hence, a car can take 4 seats which means one car would carry four people going to the high court. 4 x 2,500 = 10,000 naira, 4,800 more than what the regular ride would have made. It's cheaper for the clients but far more profitable for your company and her drivers.
Now is 2,500 too high? No, not if you have notable add-ons to the. Plus, this can be for the highest value of comfort. Additionally, Transit can have other options to suit the needs of working-class citizens (her targeted audience). Again, 9-5ers in densely populated areas.
