NFL Network has a great group of people working there. Brad(NFL+ t-shirt) is one of the great Steadicam ops. If anyone is "on air talent" and you have a Steadicam on your set, ask to try on the rig. It will give you new insight into what it takes to wear the rig(it's not as easy as it might look).
