Big day for the entire team at VEIR. Today we announced that we secured $75M in Series B funding. This moment isn't just about capital—it's about validation of our mission to solve critical bottlenecks in the transmission, distribution, and delivery of power across the entire electricity value chain, accelerating global decarbonization and grid resilience efforts.   This new funding will accelerate our commercial deployment with data center developers, utilities, and renewable energy developers. The challenge of powering AI infrastructure sustainably is one of the most critical facing our industry, and we're positioned to lead this transformation.   I'm deeply grateful for the confidence shown by our outstanding investors. The Electric Power Research Institute’s DCFlex project, backed by Google, Nvidia and Duke Energy, aims to shift AI-driven data centers from energy consumers to grid assets. Designed to reduce peak demand, use backup power and incorporate renewables, DCFlex will establish “flexibility hubs” by mid-2025.
