Exciting Times Ahead at DronePort Rotterdam! This summer, they are gearing up for an action-packed second half of the year:
𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰
This premier event, organized by DronePort and Unmanned Valley, emphasizes the dual-use of drones, exploring their applications across both civilian and defense sectors. Our focus spans aerial drones and technologies operating on land, as well as in, on, and under water. DroneHorizon offers a comprehensive look into these technologies, addressing their practical applications and the related opportunities, challenges, and emerging business models across a variety of sectors like defense, aviation, maritime, logistics, surveillance, delivery, inspections, space, and emergency response.

In September, we will host a two-day program in Singapore, in collaboration with ST Engineering and ANWB Medical Air Assistance. This event will unite government agencies, ports, and companies from both countries, featuring inspirational presentations, demos, and matchmaking sessions that align with our ongoing projects and global collaboration efforts. If you’re interested in joining us, reach out for more details!

1moQuestions: (1) Do you have to train these AI models in-house from scratch? or are they already pre-trained and only require fine-tuning with historic data? (2) Since you use a cloud-based AI model, you do not need to own GPU hardware in-house, right? Cloud-based solutions may have slight communication latency, but that's okay because these six applications do not require instantaneous, real-time action, correct?
