It was inspiring to celebrate POWERful Women’s 10th anniversary last night and to hear their Chair, Katie Jackson (also one of National Grid’s senior leaders) talk about their successes and what more needs to be done to get to 40% women in middle management and leadership roles in the U.K. energy sector by 2030. I was joined by women and allies in National Grid who are helping us to play our part in hitting that target.
