We know that the era of data-driven decision-making is here to stay. Businesses are leveraging research to understand consumer behavior, fine-tune strategies, and deliver content that resonates with key audiences. We value research at OTH, and recently fielded a survey in partnership with Reputation Leaders Ltd to gauge consumer trust in companies when it comes to sustainability. We found that when thinking about American companies in general, younger respondents were more trusting in them to do the right thing than older populations: Trust in brands to manage their environmental impact increased 33% among those who are under 45 while trust declined 40% among consumers 45 and older.
