Wow! Rick! It has been an outstanding job as President. Thanks for the opportunity I received for being part of the NSCH during my years as Registrar of Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. You helped us a lot to make our job much easier. I grew as a professional with the knowledge acquired with people I will never forget like: Melissa Kelley , Alina, and many others. Thanks again!Welcome to the Club of all of us enjoying Retirement.

Gratefully acknowledging your leadership and commitment to the issue of Digital Student Data Portability ever since you flew in to Nantes, France, to contribute to DSDP’s inaugural session at the 2010 EAIE conference together with Simone Ravaioli, and your subsequent unwavering commitment as one of the founders of the Groningen Declaration Nework right from the start way back in April 2012. I wish you all the best with all your plans and future initiatives, Rick!

Congratulations on a well-deserved retirement, Rick. The partnering and feeder relationships you were able to form with DOE and NSLDS have provided a huge pathway for the higher ed community. How can you retire when there is even MORE to do to fully build-out needed services? Retirement today is 85 years of age. You aren't there, yet! Keep going. We'll all miss you!!

Rick, congratulations. It was great to work with you during my board tenure with the NSC. I’m sure you are not done with contributing to the “education world” and it will be cool to see your next chapter(s).
