Avoid exposure to mutagenic chemicals like compunds present in tobacco, alcohol that gets metabolism as aldehyde which is again carcinogenic. Exercising helps in reducing inflammation and improving immune function to prevent cancer . Lastly high body fat causes inflammation leading to cancer, hence it is important to maintain healthy weight. Avoid Tobacco: - Refrain from smoking and using tobacco products. - Avoid exposure to secondhand smoke. 2. Healthy Diet: - Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. - Limit red and processed meats. - Reduce intake of sugary and high-fat foods. - Consider a diet rich in plant-based foods. 3. Maintain a Healthy Weight: - Aim for a balanced diet and regular physical activity. - Monitor your weight and body mass index (BMI). 4. Regular Physical Activity: - Engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise each week. - Include activities like walking, jogging, swimming, or cycling. #Preventive Measures 5.
