This innovative platform is designed to empower staff with tools and resources to enhance both mental and physical well-being.   Key features include: ✅ Access to mental health professionals for confidential counseling ✅ Personalized wellness plans for a healthier lifestyle ✅ Fitness and nutrition tracking tools ✅ Stress management education & resources ✅ A supportive community to connect and share experiences   This app complements our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), making health and wellness support even more effective, as we prioritise self-care, stay connected, and build a stronger, healthier workforce together.   #EmployeeWellness #HealthyLifestyle
