https://lnkd.in/gAGmSJei Two thoughts: this is an interim step toward lower transaction costs, and the business is still ripe for disruption. Separately, lower transaction costs will ultimately bring more institutional money into residential real estate (the brokerage fees are what's keeping Wall Street out). Legislators will likely wait too long to address that certainty.
