In the studio today is Scott with 15 years in the business. Welcome to the raw truth, Scott. I want to ask him a question. And my question is being in real estate and what is the main question or the main concern that clients have when they contact you? Well, thank you for asking. The main question that they ask when when we visit their properties. Firstly we go there to assess their issues. We specialize in customizing security services so every client that we have has a different need. So our job is to identify that need or needs and customize our service to match, you know, their expectations, their resolutions that they need and. And just be consistent with that. So having technology change every year, being more sophisticated, how is it that that plays a role in the security system and the way that they see the actual footage, if there's someone coming into their home, how does that differ from before and how important it is for the clients to have that type of technology? Well, technology has always been the difference between security. Companies. So in that respect that hasn't changed, but technology does change. Our priority is always been to be on the forefront of that. So in doing so, we put a lot of focus in staying abreast of all of the new technology that's coming across. For example, besides the GPS that's you know been out for quite a while, We have all of our devices, our officers, our, our equipment. Our vehicles throughout the properties that we use all being monitored, all the GPS being monitored by a team of people constantly so that we can give real time, real life reporting to our clients at all times. We also include AI which is the brand new thing that everyone's you know on right now. And with AI we utilize that technology to give a better service, just for an example our officers instead of just. Coming up with a simple type of report, the AI would improve the reports or be able to allow our officers the ability to just speak into what's happening directly to the AI. And creating the report right there for our clients in real time, AI is really making a difference in today's world. It's incredible how you have a system that actually responds to everyone's needs practically for almost everything. So Scott being that we're in. Florida and there being a ton of security companies to choose from, what such nation security guards aside, different from everyone else. That's the number one question that were asked actually, if you're going to be consistent with something, the clients ask us that every single time. The difference that we that we we've established that nation is that a lot of companies are sort of recycling the same officers. You know one will leave one company and they'll get picked up from another company and you know we do meet those same officers. You know that's not something we're going to run from. However, the difference with us is that we also have a school attached to our our company and with that we use it to to train. Officers, we also when we're recruiting, we recruit from the hospitality industry. So concierges. Front desk persons at hotels. Persons that have worked in banks, you know, someone that has a very verse level of experience in hospitality, we bring them to us and we train them in security because hospitality and customer service is a lot harder to to teach than it is security. So when we can get that in someone that's already established in in hospitality and customer service and then train them on the security side, we have a winning team and that's a lot different than what most people are doing. And that's very important always to have that, you know, the law basically, But that customer service, there's a very thin line in keeping both of those hand in hand. And that keeps basically the community, especially if it's a security guard, you know, welcoming customers or welcoming guests that they know what their job is, but that they're friendly at the same time is super important. It goes even further because when you're handling a situation that has nothing to do with welcoming them, but it's a challenge. That's happening. If you have that customer service background or that hospitality background, you deal with the situation in a different way where you're de escalating versus investigating the issue, you know how to deescalate, that's great. It's very important to to have that type of security guard and and people behind basically the community. So I want to thank you for coming on here and just explaining to everyone basically the raw truth about security. We get the good, the bad, the ugly. Umm, so we're here to talk about all those things and thank you for joining me for having us.
